What is the Trust Intensity Index?
The Trust Intensity Index is a ranked match score in the TrustEngine matching strategy based on the compatibility between weighted attributes of coachees/mentees and potential partners. This score is reflective of the strength and affinity to build rapport and trust with each other and is the measure that informs you of the best match.
What sort of attributes make up the Trust Intensity Index?
The Trust Intensity Index encompasses a broad range of attributes that make up an individual’s personality, styles, interests and experience. This includes items such as leadership and decision-making styles as well as personality types and industry experience.

Does the TrustEngine matching strategy work equally as well for coaching as it does mentoring?
Yes! Mentoring and coaching are closely linked in their success being heavily influenced by the relationship between the mentor/coach pairs. The relationships do have subtle differences but are still reliant on the rapport and trust developed between individuals in the relationship.

- Levelling Resources – When you have real world constraints that each mentor/coach must have roughly equal the same number of matches without sacrificing match quality
